The Products that we offer for purchase on this Website are Chupa Chups® and Mentos® branded products. We may add certain other Products for purchase on the Website, as we deem necessary from time to time.

Only those Products which are available in stock shall be displayed on the Website and available for purchase.
Prices, Payment and VAT applicable
The pricing displayed on the website includes the value added tax(VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change to the applicable VAT as per the local laws will be updated and reflected in the product pricing shown VAT registration number is 100057393900003. If the card presented at time of transaction is not denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (“AED”), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day of process of the transaction. Prices shown are United Arab Emirates Dirham (“AED”). Currently we only accept credit/debit card payments- Visa and Mastercard. Card issuer can follow authorization procedures to check and validate credit card payments. Credit card details must match the ID information of the buyer/cardholder as held by the issuer at time of payment. Payment will be charged on the buyer’s card as per the order value. If an item/items in the buyer’s order are unavailable the store staff will update your order and you will receive the refund within 30days. By completing the payment the buyer agrees to have the authority to use the card. We do not store any of your card details. All transactions are 3D secure through our partner Network International.
Coupon codes and discounts can only be used subject to limitation and following the information specified in the website.
Refund for defective or damaged Products
n the event the buyer have been delivered with a defective/damaged Product and that is confirmed by us though our communications with the buyer, we take full responsibility to offer the buyer a refund of the purchase price paid. The refund will be done within a maximum term of 30 days.

The Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PVM and its affiliates, including their officers, directors, agents, suppliers and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to any breach by the buyer of these Terms and Conditions or due to any fraudulent transaction for purchase of the Products or for misrepresentation in purchasing the Products.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss to the buyer while completing a purchase which is arising out of failure in connectivity of internet, maintenance shutdown, any malware, virus, or due to any other event beyond our control.
Intellectual Property Rights
Perfetti Van Melle Group is the proprietor of all Intellectual Property rights on the Website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, copyrights, promotion contents, visual elements etc. All buyers on the Website are therefore advised to exercise caution and desist from reproduction, copy, adapt any of the Intellectual Property rights.
Failure to abide by any of these instructions shall entitle us to seek such remedies and reliefs against the perpetrators as available to us under law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the courts in UAE for adjudication and the governing law will be of United Arab Emirates.
Force Majeure events
We shall not be liable or responsible for any of the events beyond our control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to the following:-
- i. Lockdowns or prohibitions in movement arising out of government. orders.
- ii. War or any situation of national emergencys.
- iii. Pandemic or epidemic.
- iv. Flood, fire, cyclone or any natural disasters resulting in disruption of communication.
- v. Any changes in law due to which communication may be impacted.

If any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, all other terms of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect
